Day Seven. The last day. Boooooooo. This has been much fun! I love giving stuff away. As a final treat from me to you, I'm going to buy the winner:
£50 of ASOS vouchers
It made me feel very old the other day to realise that I remembered ASOS when it was first launched. Back in the days when it was short for As Seen On Screen and practically everything was labelled as "in the style of Sienna Miller/Nicole Ritchie/other random celeb that was popular in 2000". It's come on a lot since then! If I have a problem with ASOS, it's that there is so much stuff on there that it can be dangerous to start browsing. I know I'd end up with a wishlist as long as my arm if I went on there a lot. Instead I tend to go a bit mad every now and then by searching for lots of animal keywords. Hey, the #wardrobezoo doesn't stock itself you know! And that approach turned up the best jumper in the world (as well as some of the prizes from yesterday's giveaway), so you aren't allowed to mock me for it.
For you organised types who actually have a wishlist, I'm sure you'll have no problem spending this prize! Just follow the steps below to get your entries counted.
a Rafflecopter giveaway
All of the giveaways will stay open until 12.30pm on Monday, so if you haven't entered one, there's still time.

I go for darker dresses with a bit of sparkle, eyt steer well clear of pale florals. It's got to be wintery :)
ReplyDeleteThis would be great for finding the perfect christmas outfit :)
ReplyDeletegreat giveaway hun - entered xxx
ReplyDeleteI go for a simple black dress and accessorize it with a glitzy (that a word?) belt. As long as the dress twirls when I swirl too : )
ReplyDeleteDespite not even going to any festive parties this year ( my work isn't having one, there's over 5000 staff so I'd pity the poor person having to organise it and find a venue) I have still bought a pretty frock for the day itself. I've gone for a lovely Next burgundy lace affair, long sleeved and full of skirt. I DO wish I had a party to go to though: may have to gatecrash one in a hotel in Chicago or something instead!
ReplyDeletePs what a fab week of giveaways, and how generous of you to be buying these vouchers along with all the other prizes of fabulousness ! Xxx
Hiya!, i brought a nice new top from primark the other day which will go nice with some jeans, i still need a dress though and a jumper, not been having much luck with jumpers this year :(
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the giveaway opputunities! Your v.kind!
Take Care
Vanessa

Wow Alex you really are spoiling us! I am having issues with asos over the yourvine voucher right now but still wouldn't turn down a chance to win! Lots of lovely #wardrobezoo on their right now including a pair of oh so cute foxy gloves xx
ReplyDeleteOh I remember the days of As Seen on Screen! I wonder why they phased that out... heehee! Great competition, fingers crossed! x
ReplyDeleteOh I'm just more nice lounge wear rather than party wear with dashing around after my 3 year old but I'd like to get a nice top for when I visit my parents.
ReplyDeleteI've got a super sparkly sequined full skirted black dress from Jones and Jones for my party dress! I was going to wear it to a bloggers' party tonight, but unfortunately I'm too poorly to be doing anything like that for the next few weeks (having an operation in a week now =(). But I still keep putting it on for fun and hopefully I'll be feeling better to wear it for Christmas day =)

We're having a quiet Christmas at home this year, but I will still dress up. Won't buy anything new to wear though (unless I win this ASOS voucher!) and will just wear one of my vintage dresses, I think. ~ Sara
ReplyDeleteI will be mostly wearing leggings.... maybe with a little sparkle, and a gorgeous tiered tee-shirt with raggy edges, and a lovely, lovely poncho style cardigan...
ReplyDeleteOoh with these giveaways you are really spoiling us!! I'm a lover of a cream lace dress with black opaques and super high black shoes. Winkle-esque is always a winner!
ReplyDeleteNo Christmas parties for me *boo hoo* I shall be searching the shops for something with a bit of sparkle for Christmas day though!
ReplyDeleteI haven't even started looking for christams outfits yet!
ReplyDeleteA pinny! Well, the Christmas dinner doesn't cook itself!
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to move off the couch for the whole time I'm off work so I would say pyjamas! :)
ReplyDeleteMine arrived a few days a go, I was going to go for something sequinny but I'm just far to broke to be buying dresses I'll only wear once so I went for quite a plain skater style dress in green, cheap and cheerful at £10 but its pretty and I'll wear it again and again :D
ReplyDeleteReally struggling with a Christmas outfit, to be honest. I have no enthusiasm for the day, and this year that seeems to be extending to something to wear on the day either.
ReplyDeleteI don't even need to bother with party clothes sadly as no one dresses up at my work! boo hiss..xx
ReplyDeleteI will be wearing a black lace vintage dress! :) fab giveaway hun :)
ReplyDeleteAlessia xx
I'd love to win this even though my works party isnt happening this year, I shall make up for it by getting dolled up to the office on the last day!
ReplyDeletexxx
I've got a long black dress from Boohoo, with an Angeline Jolie split up the front (I won't be doing her leg action though!) Going to wear with my favourite Irregular Choice heels and a sequin jacket for my works do on Saturday :)
ReplyDeleteI remember when Asos started too, I was obsessed with clicking everything that was in the style of Alexa Chung. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteThis Christmas I'm braving it and wearing a pencil skirt and peplum top, which is basically unheard of in my fit n flare / skater skirt filled wardrobe.
I've picked up some black with gold polka dot tights to wear with a simple black (newly discovered in the old wardrobe!) uniqlo dress, and am hoping to pick up something pretty (necklace/ collar/ brooch) at a quirky craft fair this weekend. I remember the Sienna Miller Boho days of Asos too!
ReplyDeleteI remember the As Seen on Screen days too, in fact I think that it was in those days that I last shopped on Asos. Shameful I know. Jeans are de rigour for me and my favourite lacey top. xx
ReplyDeleteI will be wearing a gorgeous navy blue dress i bought from M&S with a pearl necklace.
ReplyDeleteI haven't got anything yet that's why I really hope I win this gift voucher so I can get something nice! :P
ReplyDeleteNever buy new clobber for xmas, cant afford to. Jeans & T for me
ReplyDeleteI found the best dress from Next: lace overlay, I love it! x
ReplyDeleteI will be wearing a new second hand dress I just bought, it's red and black which will be quite a change for me! :)
ReplyDeleteFlorrie x
i will be wearing my fave sparkly party dress, my new spikey heels and my glitzy handbag!
ReplyDeleteI need to expand my #wardrobezoo asap!
ReplyDeleteI'll probably be wearing a pencil skirt and a peplum top, hides a multitude of sins!
DeleteI have just fallen hard for a very full prom style skirt with some fine knitwear on top - sleek and snug! Peplums are also very gorgeous and very flattering so I would be rocking one or the other of those two sexy outfits :)
ReplyDeleteOr might just hibernate and stay in PJs for the whole of December :)

ReplyDeleteI still haven't bought my Christmas party outfit yet, finishing the Christmas shopping this weekend then seeing how much money I have left, and that will decide where I can shop and how many items I can buy! At this rate it'll be a new top from Primark and not a lot else!
ReplyDeleteHaven't decided what I'll wear, but I expect I will hunt through my wardrobe rather than buying something new
ReplyDeleteI don't have a party to go to. *sad face* But if I did I'd love some kind of sparkly dressness... Preferably blue! <3

ReplyDeleteI'm going out for a Christmas meal tomorrow night and will be wearing a short floaty blue dress with a bird print on it!
ReplyDeleteI'm on the look out for something glittery/sequin-y!
ReplyDeleteI don't have an event worthy of dressing up in my calender yet, but i hope one will appear. if not, i'll dress up anyways on some dreadry monday :)
ReplyDeleteI'll be wearing my favourite black dress.
ReplyDeleteStill looking for that stand out dress that I must hurry and find
ReplyDeleteI bought an amazing black sequin prom style dress from Topshop a few months ago with the intention of slimming into it, oops. Looks like it's soup and fruit for me for the next few weeks! x
ReplyDeleteI would love a little black dress for Christmas
ReplyDeleteMy black sweater dress. It's simple but I feel very comfortable and feminine in it. Also, these giveaways have been fun to fill out. Can't wait for the next "prompt."
ReplyDeleteI'm just in the middle of giving my LBD a makeover with long sequinned sheer sleeves.
ReplyDeleteI don't really have a special festive outfit . I don't go out enough to justify anything fancy so same gear as usual I suppose..
ReplyDeleteI have a couple of nice dresses which I will jazz up with shiny accessories!
ReplyDeleteMaria xxx
This year I'm actually taking it easy on the Christmassy outings and get togethers but I saw a gorgeous little black dress in a charity shop for £5 last week so I do have something in reserve for the inevitable last minute 'let's go out' scenario!
ReplyDeleteJem xXx
I don't do dressing up but my gf would love the lattice jeans
ReplyDeleteEek I've not thought about Christmas day outfit yet or the pre-Christmas get together with mates but I have lost a stone as of today so I guess I'd better get thinking about something new! Thanks for lovely giveaways - glad I got my laptop working in time!
ReplyDeleteA slight confession from me in this one.... I forgot I had YOUR dress in my wardrobe, as it got put into storage when we moved out of our house in July. So I wore it last night to our Christmas party. Needless to say, it was an attention grabber. It will however, be heading back to it's rightful owner on Tuesday. I'm so sorry I kept it so long, and thank you for the loan.
ReplyDeleteHi i still havent got anything....so so un organised in every possible way!! i have my eye on a top in Dotty P's which is sparkly so that will be a good little number for xmas :-)
ReplyDeleteFiona bluemonkeyuk@yahoo.co.uk
I've got a dress in mind but usually I Fall back on something more comfortable
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI would use the vouchers to buy the perfect Christmas dress <3
The only big party I'll be attending over the festive period is my cousin's wedding, and I'll be wearing an old frock, albeit one that I've only worn twice before. It's silvery grey, strapless with a lacy bodice bit, then a big silky skirt. I'm wearing it with thick tights and a black blazer to wintrify it up a bit!
ReplyDeleteOn christmas day I will be wearing a black velvet dress that my mum has bought me from NewLook. I'm still undecided about new years eve! xx
ReplyDeletemy xmas dress i got from ebay for the bargain price of £18. great giveaway.x
ReplyDeleteMy Christmas dress is a super sexy Kiyonna Betsy Ruched Dress (in black) that should have set me back over £100, but snagged it on ebay for about £35. JOY TO THE WORLD!
ReplyDeleteI'll be wearing an M&S frock I picked up in the sale last week for £13! Totally fabulous and prevents the having nothing to wear strop!
ReplyDeletep.s Believe it or not I have never bought anything off ASOS before, but I've always loved browsing! xxx
I'm not partying this year.
ReplyDeletegreat giveaway!
I'm recycling this year because of lack of funds! I'm going for a red strapless dress with black polka dots. :)
ReplyDeleteHaha Alex, I do EXACTLY the same thing with ASOS ("rabbit" gets searched a LOT for me as my power animal-daemon, and "dinosaur" for gifts for my dino-mad sister).
ReplyDeleteI don't have a work party but several casual meets for drinks with friends always crop up around this time of year. I have bought a black velvet skater dress from Vero Moda via ASOS that is embossed all over with little roses, that I am pairing with lots of jewel colours, and a trusty emerald lace skater dress from Oasis last year which is my go-to Christmas frock.
I love asos. But like you say they've come a long way from the early days! Think I've been shopping with them since 2003! Mental
ReplyDeleteI've bought quite a casual river island party dress, from asos, that I can hopefully dress up or down over Christmas
Vic xx
@Vicgartland
Can't believe I've only just caught this blog! I love Asos and I'm forever buying from there!!
