Feeling Festive & Giveaway Day 6

Monday, 6 December 2010

Do permit me a small moan please.
Life is so flipping busy at the moment and I am feeling very stressed out. The next couple of weeks at work are very, very busy and the time in between getting home and going to bed seems to be shrinking by the day (and no, I'm not getting to bed any earlier. Anything earlier than 1am is a miracle). I have no time to go swimming and the diet has gone completely off the rails. There are so many things I want to blog about and I'm really struggling to even take proper photographs, let alone do the writing up. So please don't get cross with me for being a rubbish blogger. I have beautiful photos for you as an apology - just a selection taken at work over the past week:

Some of my beaded baubles go on temporary loan every year.

I'm feeling much more Christmassy now!

On the sixth day of my giveaway, I will give to thee:

Not a goose because clearly that would be awkward to post. But we all know that geese lay golden eggs and this delightfully kitsch little egg box necklace made me smile. Even if the jewellery isn't quite to your taste, I hope the chocolate will be.

  4. Wow you're so lucky to work somewhere that has decorations like that (even if your time appears to be disappearing). We have a sad little Christmas tree in reception and that's it. I think it might be time to get my little blow up tree out of hiding and put it on my desk.

And I freaking LOVE that necklace. Mine mine mine, it needs to be mine.

  20. For a start, moan as much as you like, it's your blog! Your workplace is beautiful :) I feel your pain with the diet (she says, while eating coffee cake..) In times like these I find it easier to not even bother and focus on the more important stuff until I can get my mind back into it. It's too cold to go swimming anyway ;) x
